Five scripts Ellen can shoot on her phone in the clinic. Each has three hooks to test, and every one points at the same Tuesday masterclass.

“What else do I need?”

Three hooks to test
AIf a patient has ever asked you “what else do I need?” and your mind went blank, this is for you.
BNurse injectors, this is the question that decides whether a patient comes back.
CI've trained injectors for the Allergan Medical Institute, and this is the moment almost all of them freeze.
Body
Ellen in her white coat, treatment room behind her

You did the weekend course. You're good with tox and lips. Then a patient sits down, looks in the mirror and asks what else she needs.

Most injectors give her another syringe in the same spot, because nobody ever taught them how to plan a face.

Text: “It was never your hands.”

It was never your hands. It's the plan. I read every face in the same order, in about 90 seconds, before I touch a syringe, and then I layer structure, motion and skin.

On Tuesday I'm teaching that exact read live, for free.

Script 02 · Contrarian30 to 45 sec · Ellen at her desk, certificates on the wall

More certificates won't fill your book

Three hooks to test
AAnother weekend course won't fix your book. Here's what will.
BThe injectors with the fullest books don't have the most certificates.
CStop buying courses for new products. That isn't what's missing.
Body
Pan across a wall of certificates

Every new injector I meet thinks the answer is one more product. Sculptra this month, RHA next month.

Then Monday looks exactly the same. Tox, lips, and patients who never come back.

The injectors who stay booked plan the whole face and send the patient home with her year on paper.

Script 03 · Case45 to 60 sec · Ellen telling the story, B-roll of a consult

Sarah booked for lips

Three hooks to test
AA patient booked with me for lips. She left with five appointments, and she thanked me for it.
BSarah's 47. She came in for lip filler, and here's what I actually did.
CThis is how one lip appointment turns into a full-face plan.
Body
B-roll: consult chair, Ellen pointing at a mirror

Before I picked up a syringe, I looked at her at rest and then while she talked.

Her lips were thinner, sure. But what made her look tired was her midface. The shadow under her eyes was coming from her cheeks.

Simple face graphic, cheeks highlighted

So we did structure first, then a little Botox two weeks later, then a short skin series. One appointment became five.

She didn't get upsold. She got a plan. On Tuesday I'm teaching the whole thing to injectors.

“I trained injectors for Allergan”

Three hooks to test
AI spent years training injectors for the Allergan Medical Institute. Here's what the best ones do differently.
BI teach UT Southwestern's dermatology residents about filler. The first thing I teach isn't technique.
CTwenty years and 2,400 consults a year taught me one thing about injecting.
Body
Lower third: Dr. Ellen Turner, MD · double board-certified dermatologist

The best injectors I've trained don't have better hands. They have a better consult.

They read the whole face first. They treat in a set order: structure, then motion, then skin. And they book the year before the patient stands up.

You won't find any of that in a weekend certification. You'll get all of it in Tuesday's masterclass.

CTA: Tap below to save your seat. It's free and it's live.

Script 05 · Villain30 to 45 sec · Ellen to camera, phone in hand showing a generic med spa special

Stop competing with $9 a unit

Three hooks to test
AThe med spa down the road is running $9 a unit. Here's how you stop caring.
BIf your patients leave you for a cheaper special, it isn't about price.
CPatients only price-shop when they can't see the plan.
Body
Phone screen: a generic “$9 a unit” special, no real brand

When a patient leaves your chair with “see you in three months, maybe”, she's a unit buyer. She goes wherever it's cheapest.

When she leaves with her whole year on paper, structure, motion and skin, she isn't buying units any more. She's trusting you with her face.

Text: “The 12-month rebook calendar”

I'll show you how I present the year in the consult, live, on Tuesday.
